Approvals

To ensure the highest quality content for our our users, certain items must be approved by our staff before they are visible on the platform to users outside your Team. Currently, the following items are subject to our approval process:

  • Contributors
  • Sources
  • Collections

Currently supported approval statuses are as follows:

  1. Not Submitted: default state; the item has been created but not yet submitted for approval. When you’re ready to submit the item for approval, click on the “Submit for Review” button in the upper right of the Edit screen for that item.
  2. Submitted: the item has been submitted and is pending review by our staff.
  3. Rejected: the item has been rejected by a member of our staff. If the item is rejected, you will receive a notification of the reasons for rejection and given an opportunity to correct it before resubmitting it. Click on the “Resubmit for Review” button in the upper right of the Edit screen to resubmit the item.
  4. Resubmitted: the item has been resubmitted after having been rejected one or more times.
  5. Approved: the item is approved and will be visible to other users on the platform outside your team.
